Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing

Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking an Account Supervisor to build social-first ecosystems for brands. The Account Supervisor will manage influencer campaigns and client relationships, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheading strategic direction across social and influencer campaigns.
• Delivering top-tier Account Management services, maintaining clear communication and transparency.
• Maintaining meticulous tracking and provision of campaign updates.
• Collaborating with Center of Excellence teams for flawless execution of client scopes.
• Identifying emerging trends and opportunities within the social and influencer landscape.
• Assuming ownership of post-procurement influencer management.
• Engaging directly with influencers to co-create compelling content.
• Effectively work within account budget parameters.
• Maintaining strong relationships with brands across a variety of verticals.
• Leading and supporting the development of impactful client presentations.
• Overseeing all influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platform(s).
• Contributing to the development and refinement of agency processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned.
• Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape.
• Ability to manage a vast volume of influencers at any one time.
• Experience in deep cross-functional collaboration and management of complex socially-led programs.
• Proven record of adaptability.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple clients/projects.
• Experience working with influencers on emerging platforms (TikTok, Twitch etc).
• Additional social/digital experience in content creation, social strategy or paid media.
