Similarweb is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to nurture relationships with inbound prospects from the free product and turn them into qualified leads. The company empowers over 4,300 customers globally and went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021.He/She will report to MIR Team Manager. This role is crucial as the first touchpoint for new prospects, demonstrating the value of Similarweb by sharing relevant insights. The relationships built and meetings created will directly impact the sales pipeline. The role is based in the office 5 days a week.
Role Responsibilities: - Taking inbound calls, chats, and responding to contact forms to qualify relevant prospects.
- Finding relevant insights and data to share with prospects, showcasing the value of Similarweb.
- Sharing insights verbally or through email.
- Filling the sales pipeline by creating meetings between prospects and sales managers.
- Partnering with the marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
Requirements: - Proficiency in English.
- Strong work ethic and relationship-building skills.
- Wants to launch a successful career in tech sales
- Previous customer-facing or marketing experience - an advantage
- Experience with salesforce- an Advantage
- Ability to work Monday-Friday
