Make is seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Manager to join their team in Madrid. The Strategy & Operations Manager will be a strategic partner to GTM and Marketing leadership, driving impactful projects that contribute to revenue expansion. He or she will be responsible for translating data insights into actionable strategies and optimizing sales and marketing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting and forecasting models.
  • Analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and analysis.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools.
  • Experience utilizing automation tools, ideally Make.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
