This role is a strategic partner to Go-To-Market and Marketing leadership, driving projects that contribute to revenue expansion. The Strategy & Operations Manager architects operational excellence, translating data insights into actionable strategies and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
    What This Role Involves:
  • Developing and maintaining reporting and forecasting models.
  • Analyzing sales processes and implementing streamlined workflows.
  • Leading cross-functional projects.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and analysis.
  • Leveraging AI and automation tools.
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company or management consulting.
  • Proven track record in sales or marketing operations.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with automation tools like Make platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
