Xendit, a payment infrastructure provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Customer Success representative proficient in Chinese, to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves providing exceptional support and care to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and preventing potential problems. The Customer Success will be a key liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and contributing to product improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact and communicate with Xendit’s customers daily, especially Chinese-speaking customers
  • Solve customer issues
  • Attend to customer's needs, requests, and problems
  • Communicate problem solutions with empathy
  • Raise awareness of issues to team members
  • Resolve customer issues, coordinating with stakeholders
  • Identify and initiate changes to scale operations
  • Take on projects to improve the team
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in Customer/Merchant Operations management or similar departments in B2B sectors and/OR Relationship Management Experience in Banks, Financial Institutions
  • Bachelor’s Graduate from reputable Universities majoring in : Engineering, Management, Finance / Accounting, Communications, Computer science/IT
  • High proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
  • High or excellent communication skills
  • Experience in ticket management platform i.e. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, or similar tools
  • Enjoy solving open-ended problems with a great analytical mindset
  • Willing to work nights and weekends on a rostered basis
  • Happily take on new projects which involve researching to quickly become a subject matter expert, and driving them to completion
  • Communicate well across teams
