Xendit is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support its Sales and Marketing leaders in achieving revenue goals in the Philippines. The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for enhancing the B2B revenue funnel, providing data-driven insights, and developing growth strategies. They will serve as a trusted advisor to the local Head of Sales and Head of Marketing, ensuring alignment and empowerment of revenue teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and GTM drivers, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Optimize territory assignments and enhance the sales funnel.
  • Drive sales rigor and pipeline discipline.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, including forecasting and quota setting.
  • Administer compensation and sales incentives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • Optimize sales processes and organizational structures.
  • Partner on deal pricing and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations at a high-growth technology company.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Salesforce.com (or other CRM).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
