Therapist - LCSW, LPC or LMFT - Remote

Job Description

Blackbird Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team. This is a fully remote position where the therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to young patients and their families. The therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services, evaluate new clients, establish positive relationships with patients, and collaborate with other specialists to establish integrated treatment plans. They will also conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records.

Requirements:
• Passion for Blackbird Health's mission
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children and/or adolescents
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Openness to feedback and a collaborative environment
• Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during after-school hours
• Active licensure in Virginia as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
