Spaceship is seeking a Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Lead to shape and operate its lifecycle marketing program. This role involves delivering personalized communications across various channels to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
Spaceship was acquired by eToro in 2024 and has over 200,000 financial members and $1.5 billion in funds under management.
The role involves:
- Owning and driving the lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end lifecycle campaigns.
- Developing customer journey maps.
- Creating customer segmentation strategies.
- Building and managing behavior-triggered automations.
- Developing strategies for re-engaging dormant users and reducing churn.
- Designing and executing testing strategies.
- Creating content personalization frameworks.
- Building and managing the channel marketing calendar.
- Evaluating, selecting, integrating, and optimizing MarTech tools.
- Creating and maintaining a library of CRM assets.
- Measuring and reporting on ROI and business impact.
- Ensuring compliance with digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborating with customer support.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
- Expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
- Technical savviness in campaign creation and lifecycle management.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for customer experiences.
- Ability to identify opportunities and manage implementation.
- Data-driven mindset with a foundation in testing strategies.
- Experience with Iterable and Segment is a bonus.
- Passion for forward-thinking trends and technologies.
