Middle Software Engineer (Rust) at Constructor TECH

Constructor TECH, an all-in-one platform for education and research, is seeking a Middle Software Engineer with Rust expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing backend services within a microservice architecture. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and work to improve the maintainability, resilience, and overall performance of Constructor's services.

The role involves:

• Designing, building and implementing backend services in microservice architecture
• Writing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Improving service maintainability and performance
• Investigating complex product issues

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of programming experience, with 3+ years in Rust
• Experience developing scalable web services
• Proficiency with SQL databases
• Basic knowledge of containers and networking
• Technical English language skills (B2 level)
