Campaign Operations Associate at dbt Labs

dbt Labs is seeking a Campaign Operations Associate to support the Marketing organization in executing marketing campaigns. The Campaign Operations Associate will be responsible for project managing campaigns, providing insights to the marketing and sales team.

The Campaign Operations Associate will work closely with RevOps, Product, People, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own project management of the operational side of campaigns
• Serve as a primary point of contact for all Product, Rev Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing Campaign Operations in the North America and APAC region
• Work with peers on the Marketing team to execute campaigns on a global scale
• Manage day-to-day operations by improving campaign reports/dashboards, proactively QAing all campaign components, and enabling real-time reporting for the marketing team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Campaign Operations
• High level of comfortability and knowledge using Hubspot
• Familiarity with various marketing tools, including Salesforce, GoldCast, Splash and Looker
• Experience with using a project management tool like Asana
• Exceptional communication skills and project management skills, detail-oriented and an ability to work asynchronously
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of Data Visualizations tools and usage (Power BI, Looker, Tableau or Others)
