Social Media Associate (Co-Lab) at CASETiFY

CASETiFY is seeking a Social Media Associate to focus on CASETiFY Co-Lab and partnerships. The Social Media Associate will collaborate with the Business Development Team and the Creative Team to create marketing efforts across Co-Lab projects. They will report to the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (Co-Lab).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns on social media
• Manage analytical tools to conduct post-campaign, monthly, annual social reports or special reports to derive insights
• Develop and manage the @casetify_colab posting calendar aligned with major Co-Lab launch dates
• Craft project briefs for external creators to develop high-quality UGC/ influencer content for social media
• Compile social media toolkits for global and regional synergy, distribute respective information to regional teams and oversee the alignment with posting plans
• Support the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (Co-Lab) in ideating and executing marketing activations for Co-Labs and partnerships
• Identify emerging social and visual trends in technology, lifestyle, fashion that would resonate with the CASETiFY community
• Align and follow-up timelines with Creative Team/ Business Development Team to ensure timely posting execution with minimal supervision
• Assist in managing different counterparts and ensuring alignment with the broader brand strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of social media/brand marketing experience, preferably within a creative agency or media titles focused on campaign development.
• Exceptional ability in creative direction, visual communication, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Keynote or other graphic applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently, proactive team player with a responsible problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
