Junior Business Analyst at STEM Healthcare

STEM Healthcare, a global pharmaceutical and life sciences auditing firm headquartered in the UK, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for their Shanghai office. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients from leading global pharmaceutical companies, develop analytical skills, and gain insights into industry best practices. The Junior Business Analyst will be supported by an experienced team and will have exposure to senior directors.

The role involves:

• Liaising with senior leadership and local project teams.
• Managing multiple client projects and their timelines.
• Building and maintaining MS Excel databases.
• Analysing client data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Pressure testing data and identifying areas for investigation.
• Collaborating with Project leaders to interpret data.
• Producing high-quality presentations and deliverables.
• Supporting team members to meet deadlines and drive efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency in English.
• A Science-based degree (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Public Health, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering).
• Advanced Level experience in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proactive with a strong work ethic.
• A few years of experience in a similar analysis job within pharma industry is preferred.
