The Senior Account Director will translate the client’s marketing and business objectives into scalable, user-centric digital experiences that deliver strong ROI. This role involves leading a cross-functional team of digital specialists and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution.
Role involves:
- Driving digital strategy and product roadmap.
- Leading program delivery and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Developing consulting and delivery methodologies.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Supporting agency pre-sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Japanese) skills preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and workflow.
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of customer-centric design thinking.
- Experience managing program scope and finances.
- Experience with client management and account development planning.
