Job Description
E2open is seeking an Area Sales Director to manage and grow its customer base. The Area Sales Director will be responsible for managing client inquiries, qualifying sales opportunities, understanding client businesses, and cross-selling E2open products.
Responsibilities include:
- Following up on inbound leads.
- Building relationships with prospects and installed accounts.
- Partnering with internal teams to develop winning value propositions.
- Setting strategic and tactical plans for assigned customers.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell E2open products.
- Building strategic account plans.
- Utilizing a consultative approach to address customer business needs.
- Building pipeline and understanding the sales process to hit sales goals.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience with 3+ years at the enterprise level
- Minimum of 3 years selling Supply Chain Solutions
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to maintain effective relationships
- Experience with CRM software (SalesLoft, Salesforce.com) preferred
- Proven history of success maintaining and exceeding sales targets
