The Accreditation and Quality Assurance Manager at ALU will play a crucial role in advancing the university's quality assurance framework. This position supports the Director of Accreditation and Quality Assurance and involves managing internal audits, processing institutional and programmatic licensing, and ensuring compliance with external regulations. The manager will also contribute to the development of quality assurance standards and represent the Director in relevant committees.

Role Involves:
- Managing internal quality assurance at ALU.
- Processing institutional and programmatic licensing.
- Conducting self-assessment of ALU institutions.
- Ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements.
- Securing voluntary prestige accreditations.
- Developing internal quality assurance standards.
- Representing the Director in committees.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in any field from a recognized university.
- At least 12 years of experience in quality assurance of higher education.
- In-depth understanding of external and internal regulatory and quality assurance systems.
- Proven experience in managing quality assurance processes, audits, and accreditation preparations.
- Experience in producing self-assessment reports.
- Experience with conducting or preparing for program review.
- Experience with online education and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with higher education laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks, accreditation processes, or compliance standards.
- Ability to assess quality assurance-related data and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Proficiency in managing quality assurance projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
