Inizio is seeking a Director of Global Total Rewards to support the execution of its Total Rewards strategy. The Director will ensure the implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across the organization. They will guide operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives, manage stakeholders, and ensure a consistent rewards structure. Additionally, they will support the Global Head of Total Rewards in the daily management of the Total Rewards team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage a global wellbeing program.
  • Implement and manage the global approach to reward and recognition.
  • Ensure consistent execution of compensation structures and market benchmarking.
  • Deliver the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonuses, and equity allocations.
  • Deliver projects involving EU Pay Transparency, compensation planning solution, and Gender Pay Gap.
  • Lead the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers.
  • Support the harmonisation of compensation, benefits, and key policies across Inizio.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reward processes, policies, and systems.
  • Support change management projects by creating communication and stakeholder management plans.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in managing and executing compensation programs.
  • Expertise in global compensation, benefits, and rewards, with an understanding of US, UK, and Ireland markets.
  • Proven ability to deliver reward strategies, manage pay structures, and oversee executive compensation programs.
  • Project management skills.
