The Student Hotel is seeking a Community/F&B Supervisor for its Amsterdam City location. This role involves ensuring guests have the best possible TSH experience by supervising hotel operations alongside the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts. The supervisor will provide excellent service in the restaurant and bars, facilitate smooth check-ins, and engage with guests to create memorable stays.
- Supervise front of house staff and assist guests.
- Provide excellent service in restaurant and bars.
- Address guest questions and complaints.
- Maintain an overview of hotel activities.
- Support team members and connect with the guest community.
Requirements include:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- At least 1 year of relevant hotel or team leading experience.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle responsibility and stressful peak periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
