Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant - AI & Agentforce at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to work on AI and Agentforce solutions. The consultant will provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role involves driving requirement gathering, serving as the Salesforce platform expert, and working with clients to build their technology strategy and roadmap. The consultant will leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Driving requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Working with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap
• Providing input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coaching and mentoring junior technical and functional team members
• Following and understanding new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
• 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
• Understanding of basic UX principles
• Willing and able learner of new technologies
• Extremely strong written and oral communication
