Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant - AI & Agentforce at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to work on AI and Agentforce projects. The consultant will provide industry best practices, gather requirements, and serve as a Salesforce platform expert. They will collaborate with clients to develop strategies and roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce technologies like Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge. The consultant will also provide input on design specifications and coach junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members

Requirements:

• Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
• 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
• Understanding of basic UX principles
• Willing and able learner of new technologies
• Extremely strong written and oral communication
