Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant - AI & Agentforce at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to join their team in Noida, India. The consultant will work with cutting-edge AI and technologies like Agentforce and will craft intelligent solutions. NeuraFlash is identified as #1 partner for Agentforce. The consultant will collaborate with experts, develop AI-powered bots, streamline operations, and build solutions using generative AI technologies.

Role Involves:

• Providing industry best practices and serving as a trusted client advisor
• Driving requirement gathering and serving as the Salesforce platform expert
• Working with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap
• Leveraging Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge
• Providing input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coaching and mentoring junior technical and functional team members
• Following and understanding new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Requirements:

• Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
• 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
• Understanding of basic UX principles
• Willing and able learner of new technologies
• Extremely strong written and oral communication
