Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant - AI & Agentforce at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to join their team in New Delhi. This role involves providing industry best practices, driving requirement gathering, and serving as a Salesforce platform expert. The consultant will work with clients to build strategies and roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience, along with 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred). They should be able to design and optimize business processes, integrate processes across disparate systems, and understand basic UX principles.

Responsibilities:

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Requirements:

• Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
• 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
• Understanding of basic UX principles
• Willing and able learner of new technologies
• Extremely strong written and oral communication skills
