JustAnswer is seeking a Director of Labs to incubate and scale new AI-driven business opportunities. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and collaborates with the CEO and senior leadership to develop the next $100M growth opportunity for the company. The Director of Labs will:
- Identify, prioritize, and evaluate new ideas based on market, revenue, and EBITDA potential.
- Drive innovation through rapid concept testing, leveraging Lean Startup principles.
- Collaborate with customer research and data analytics teams to align opportunities with user needs.
- Define product requirements for MVPs and enhancements.
- Build, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Maximize execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth.
- A proven track record incubating products from concept to launch with measurable financial impact.
- A deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in rapid testing, customer delight, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Is a self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- A Bachelor's degree (MBA or Computer Science background a plus).
