Graphic Designer II at JustAnswer

JustAnswer is seeking a Graphic Designer II to join their Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging assets for digital ad campaigns, collaborating with PPC, copywriters, and brand teams to produce static and video ads that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions on digital platforms.

The role involves:

• Conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs for online content and marketing campaigns.
• Designing, resizing, and optimizing assets for various platforms including search, display, social media, YouTube, email, and landing pages.
• Testing and refining creatives and videos based on performance insights.
• Creating static images, video ads, hero images for landing pages, and HTML assets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align creative output with project goals.
• Leveraging AI tools to generate and scale high-impact visuals.
• Coordinating with multiple teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Tracking and analyzing creative performance to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Requirements:

• 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing and social media creative design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of mobile-specific and responsive design, plus HTML expertise.
• Mastery of typography, illustration, layout, and color theory.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Experience designing high-performing video ads for YouTube and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Web Designer & DV360 Ad Templates
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
