JustAnswer is seeking a Category Moderator to manage customer questions and support Experts and Customers. The Category Moderator will ensure questions reach the correct Experts, maintain quality, and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage open question inventory, ensuring duplicates are closed and questions are correctly categorized.
  • Escalate Customer and Expert concerns and policy violations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Expert Support to resolve issues.
  • Handle sensitive personal data with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in special projects and support Expert acquisition, onboarding, and training.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in operations assistance, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Native or C1-C2 proficiency in German (written and spoken).
  • B2-C1 level English proficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
