What the role involves:

  • Leading ideation and development of experiments, interfaces, and features.
  • Building and executing growth roadmaps focused on optimizing conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Championing experimentation using agile, lean, and scrum practices.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Analytics.
  • Generating deep customer insights through research and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Mid-Level: 3+ years in B2C product management (web and mobile) or Senior-Level: 5+ years leading complex product initiatives.
  • Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using data.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal guidance.
  • Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial drive.
