Product Design Manager at JustAnswer

JustAnswer is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead and mentor a team of UX designers based in India and Ukraine. The ideal candidate will drive best-in-practice design solutions across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. This role requires a passionate senior leader who can inspire designers, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure high-quality design execution across a complex family of brands.

The Product Design Manager will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing design strategies that align with business goals.
• Inspiring, mentoring, and supporting the professional growth of a distributed UX design team.
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and content designers.
• Ensuring a frictionless user experience across multiple platforms.
• Leveraging user research and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Working effectively with dispersed teams across different time zones.
• Optimizing design processes using tools like Figma and Asana.

Requirements for this role include:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• 1+ years of experience in design management.
• Experience in designing user experiences across various platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
