Berlin Brands Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their international Accounts Payables team in Bratislava, Slovakia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking invoices, processing payment transactions, and supporting monthly and annual financial statements. The role involves working with SAP S/4HANA and coordinating with external partners.

Role Involves:

  • Booking of incoming invoices
  • Booking travel expenses
  • Processing payment transactions
  • Supporting financial statement preparation
  • Monitoring account reconciliation with SAP S/4HANA
  • Coordinating with external partners
  • Creating financial analyses
  • Dunning of invoice approvers

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in financial accounting
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Systematic and careful work approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills are a plus
