Job Description
Flipp is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team and support strategic decision-making through proactive insights and business analysis. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the FP&A tool implementation, maintaining the chart of accounts, managing the organizational department structure, and acting as a systems administrator for new users. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity and scalability for future growth.
Role involves:
- Assist in the implementation of the FP&A tool
- Maintain and manage the chart of accounts
- Oversee the management of the organizational department
- Act as system administrator
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a relevant FP&A role
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Preferred: Salesforce, Netsuite, and/or Adaptive experience
