Level.works is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. Level.works is a forward-thinking employment agency that combines employment services and software development. The Recruitment Consultant will play a crucial role in guiding candidates through the OV-chauffeur training program, making education accessible and contributing to society.
Role Involves:
- Daily interaction with candidates, providing guidance and support.
- Participating in daily team stand-ups to discuss responsibilities and distribute work.
- Working on various projects and implementing improvements.
- Analyzing the quality of incoming leads and collaborating with the marketing team.
- Conducting job interviews at the office or on-site locations.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Completed HBO/WO diploma and strong analytical skills.
- Empathetic, communicative, and customer-oriented in Dutch (C1 level).
- Desire for professional development and growth within Level.works.
