Account Manager at Level.works

Level.works is seeking a commercially talented and experienced Account Manager to build new relationships and contribute to their growth ambitions. The Account Manager will focus on new business, actively seeking new clients and building relationships with key contacts within various sectors.

Role Involves:

• Actively engage in cold acquisition with new companies, including logistics and production firms.
• Maintain and expand developed client relationships.
• Advise companies on flexible staffing solutions.
• Work independently to achieve targets and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and with recruitment to find suitable candidates.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in an independent role, preferably in the flex industry.
• A winning mentality and the empathetic ability to be a discussion partner for various potential clients.
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness in Dutch (minimum C1 level).
• Entrepreneurship and creativity: you see opportunities and seize them.
• Experience with cold acquisition and the courage to pick up the phone or step into companies.
