Job Description
ClickHouse, a leading open-source column-oriented database system, is seeking a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Manager. This role is crucial for master data management and reporting across Operations and Go To Market teams, focusing on sales and support datasets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with GTM teams, operations teams, and the internal Product Analytics Data Warehouse (DWH) Team to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data warehouse solutions.
- Manage data modeling and optimize ETL processes.
- Own Master Data Management, including data dictionary creation and management.
- Develop reusable reports and dashboards.
- Partner with the central DWH team to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement audit reports to validate the accuracy of automations and integrations.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and create visualizations.
- Implement Tableau or related BI tools.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience with SQL and data analysis.
- 2+ years at a fast-paced technology company.
- Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with Python and R preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Superset).
- Familiarity with ETL processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Background in data modeling and database design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
