Flo, a leading female health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in London. Flo has a mission to build a better future for female health. The Engineering Manager will lead a squad focused on building the next generation of privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for a global audience.Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US. Last year, $200M raised. Earlier this year: 8.6M new installs, 2.8M user jump.What this role involves:

• Leading and growing a high-performing team of engineers.
• Setting direction, shipping fast, and owning outcomes.
• Building systems that are reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Guiding architecture decisions and unblocking delivery.
• Championing engineering quality, speed, and autonomy.
• Coaching the team, including hiring, developing, and promoting.
• Collaborating across disciplines to turn product ideas into reality.

What you bring:

• 6+ years of coding experience in Scala, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C/Swift.
• Experience building distributed systems at scale.
• 4+ years of experience managing engineers and leading teams.
• Solid track record of hiring, mentoring, and building inclusive cultures.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on the user.
