VML MAP is seeking a commercially minded Account Director to drive activation layer stakeholder management and growth of their marketing operation activity. The Account Director will optimize local market campaign pressure and targeting through CRM systems, empowering local markets to achieve business goals. The role involves data-driven decision-making, applying a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and collaborating with local market teams.
The role involves:
- Leading and developing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
- Enhancing client communication strategies.
- Developing project scopes, plans, and budgets.
- Producing high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Actively seeking new opportunities aligned with company growth strategies.
- Leading, recruiting, and cultivating a strong team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager in CRM, digital marketing, or related field.
- Extensive experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across departments.
- Extensive knowledge of data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud (ideally).
- Competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets.
- Great communication skills in English.
