Job Description
VML MAP is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for their Bangkok office. This role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing client campaigns, and ensuring staff development. The manager will lead a team of 5-12 employees, acting as a link between in-house departments and collaborating with global offices. They will report directly to the Country Lead. VML is looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and energetic, with a solid understanding of omnichannel marketing.

Role Involves:
  • Overseeing team operations and workload distribution.
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Recruitment, people management, and development.
  • Supporting initiatives by the Country Lead and Global Directors.
  • Reporting on progress for stakeholders.
  • Risk management and mitigation.

Requirements:
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing.
  • Solid experience with CRM, digital production, and marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in people and performance management (6-8 years).
  • Proven ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships (6-8 years).
  • Extensive background in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
