Job Description
VML MAP is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for their Bangkok office. This role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing client campaigns, and ensuring staff development. The manager will lead a team of 5-12 employees, acting as a link between in-house departments and collaborating with global offices. They will report directly to the Country Lead. VML is looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and energetic, with a solid understanding of omnichannel marketing.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing team operations and workload distribution.
- Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Recruitment, people management, and development.
- Supporting initiatives by the Country Lead and Global Directors.
- Reporting on progress for stakeholders.
- Risk management and mitigation.
Requirements:
- Experience in omnichannel marketing.
- Solid experience with CRM, digital production, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated experience in people and performance management (6-8 years).
- Proven ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships (6-8 years).
- Extensive background in project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
