Agentic AI Engineer

Job Description

VML MAP is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join their Agentic AI Lab in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent multi-agent systems to tackle complex, real-world challenges. The role involves working alongside AI researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable and impactful AI solutions.

The role involves:

• Designing, developing, and deploying multi-agent AI systems.
• Building and optimizing agentic workflows for real-world applications.
• Collaborating across teams to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Refining agentic reasoning steps, process logging, and system performance.
• Architecting and deploying agentic AI solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and ethical considerations.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the Agentic AI Lab.
• Defining and documenting design processes, system architectures, and best practices.
• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in agentic AI.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in agentic AI and foundation models.
• Experience using agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, SmolAgents, and AutoGen.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML systems in production.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
