VML MAP is seeking a Lead Software Application Architect in Copenhagen to define the architectural vision for their Open Experience Studio's application suite. The role involves mentoring development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs, and pushing technological boundaries. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, design scalable and secure solutions, and maintain architectural documentation. They will also optimize application architecture for Azure and Google Cloud Platform, ensure robust DevOps pipelines, and drive the integration of AI/ML features.

Role involves:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining architectural documentation.
  • Optimizing application architecture for Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ensuring robust DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
  • Driving the integration of AI/ML features.
  • Acting as a technical point of contact for cross-functional teams.
  • Upholding software quality through rigorous testing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) designing and developing applications with .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue 3).
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud services and architectures.
  • Experience with Python 3.x and Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
  • Experience with implementing AI/ML solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global organization.
