Chemaxon, recently acquired by Certara, is seeking a Quality Manager to coordinate activities that meet quality standards within the Certara Predictive Technologies (CPT) organization. The Quality Manager will monitor the performance of the quality management system, produce data, and report on performance against set standards.

About the role involves:
- Overseeing and supporting cross-functional process improvement projects.
- Managing CAPA and deviation investigations and processes.
- Identifying and developing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing compliance and adherence to software development standards.
- Participating in customer & vendor audits.
- Defining, implement, and maintaining quality assurance methodologies and processes.
- Supporting quality management systems and validation and procedural tasks.
- Reviewing components of software applications and systems.
- Coordinating activities for ISO audits (9001 and 27001).
- Ensuring training records are up to date.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quality management.
- Detailed knowledge with ISO 9001 and ISO 27000 series.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work as a team player with multi-disciplinary project teams.
