Sotheby's is seeking a Temporary Client Liaison to assist the MENA team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves coordinating events, engaging clients, and providing operational support with a focus on the Abu Dhabi art and cultural community. The Client Liaison will work with internal teams, clients, and local partners to ensure the smooth execution of events and foster connections.
Coordinating events and exhibitions
Organizing client engagement activities
Building and maintaining relationships with local suppliers
Tracking event budgets
Providing on-the-ground support during events
Identifying and engaging new prospective clients
Serve as a key local contact for Sotheby’s in Abu Dhabi
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 3 years of experience in event coordination or project management
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi art and cultural scene
Fluent in Arabic and English
