Job Description
Sotheby's is seeking a Senior Recruiter to spearhead talent acquisition within their Product & Technology division. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor to the technology team and leadership, and collaborating with the broader HR team to achieve recruitment objectives. The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving the recruiting strategy and processes for all functions and levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary talent partner for the technology team.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify talent needs and craft strategic plans.
  • Drive a fast and efficient full-lifecycle interview process.
  • Leverage and improve existing recruiting and sourcing channels.
  • Deliver on diversity recruiting strategy and goals.
  • Foster a data-driven recruiting approach.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Sotheby’s.
  • Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, creating a stellar experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Technical recruiting experience required.
  • Proven experience working with technical leadership.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion around social media and employer branding.
