Job Description
Sotheby's is seeking a Partnership Development Manager to join their team in New York. This role is responsible for crafting impactful marketing partnerships, developing new partnership formats, and driving strategic development of brand activations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new partnership formats and strategies.
  • Drive strategic development of brand activations.
  • Lead pitches and develop partnership proposals.
  • Execute partnership deals with end-to-end ownership.
  • Nurture and support partners.
  • Manage the operational aspects of partner activations.
  • Oversee contract management, benefit fulfillment, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor partnership performance and analyze key metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.

    • 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or account management.
