Customer Experience Associate, Account Security at Discord

Discord is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on providing support to users experiencing account-related issues, ensuring the security and integrity of user accounts, and educating users on security measures.

The Customer Experience Associate will work within the Customer Experience team at Discord which is dedicated to supporting others, and will be on the frontlines of supporting Discord's communities.

Role Involves:

• Delivering timely and accurate responses to user inquiries.
• Investigating user account requests.
• Monitoring Discord user security trends.
• Ensuring security and integrity of user accounts.
• Investigating and resolving suspicious account activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Educating users on account security measures.
• Maintaining accurate records of user interactions.
