Legion Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join their revenue operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity in Salesforce, implementing new technology, providing key sales data and analysis, and ensuring scalability. The Sales Operations Specialist will work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Role Involves:
  • Providing analysis on Sales KPIs.
  • Monitoring and driving system clean-up efforts.
  • Building baseline PowerPoint slides for quarterly business reviews.
  • Recommending revisions to existing reports and developing new reporting tools.
  • Tracking sales organization objectives and activities.
  • Acting as a liaison with Business Operations, Finance, and Sales Compensation.
  • Performing ad hoc reports and analysis as requested.
  • Driving implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Creating training guides and materials for Salesforce.
  • Creating basic Flows in Salesforce to improve process automation and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM and Excel.
  • 2 years of experience in a Sales/Sales Operations role.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Curious mindset with a pursuit of regular learning opportunities.
  • Proactive and able to command respect through intelligence, hard work, and persistence.
  • Ability to operate in an environment with limited resources.
