Head of International

Job Description

Overjet, a world-leader in dental AI, is seeking a Head of International to spearhead its market entry and growth strategy across key international regions, with a focus on Europe. Reporting to the executive leadership team, this individual will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives adoption of Overjet’s AI solutions among dental insurers, DSOs, and other key stakeholders. Initially, the role will be an individual contributor position, leading strategic initiatives and driving business development. As the business scales, the Head of International will build and lead a high-performing team to support sustained growth.

Role Involves:

• Leading international expansion strategy
• Driving revenue growth
• Navigating complex regulatory environments
• Developing key partnerships
• Acting as the face of Overjet in international markets
• Building and leading a world-class team

Requirements:

• Executive leadership experience at the VP level or equivalent
• Experience leading international expansion efforts in healthcare, dental insurance, or technology
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, reimbursement processes, and the dynamics of DSOs
• Experience driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems, compliance requirements, and regional market dynamics
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Based in the UK with the ability to travel internationally
