The role involves:
- Serving as an Interim Product Manager for digital-first companies.
- Driving complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products.
- Prioritizing and managing discovery and delivery for multiple streams.
- Managing various groups and adapting to their communication preferences.
- Coaching and mentoring Associate Product Managers.
- Continuously learning and contributing to internal initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in fixing messes and creating structure from chaos.
- Optimistic and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Driven, collaborative, and direct communication style.
- Ability to quickly absorb information and context switch.
- Understanding of how companies make money and grow.
