Inbank is seeking a Telesales Specialist to join their Sales Support team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Inbank is focused on innovation and growth, with over 300 employees working across offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
Role involves:
- Telephone and email contact with customers
- Selling bank products tailored to customer needs
- Identifying the needs and expectations of the client
- Addressing client's doubts and objections
- Maintaining high quality of service
- Achieving sales goals and KPI indicators
- Detailed recording of information about calls and transactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Experience in telephone sales – must have
- Experience in selling banking and/or insurance products is welcome
- Openness and ease in establishing contacts with customers
- Goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and engagement
- Willingness to work in shifts from Monday to Friday
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office
