The Department Manager will be the heartbeat of the retail environment, leading by example to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The role involves managing daily operations and overseeing a team to deliver service, drive sales, and maintain store presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in fast-paced retail store management.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service expertise.
• Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs.
• Understanding of sales strategies and promotions.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.
• Full eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
• English proficiency due to communication with UK head office.
