Job Description
Degreed is seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive growth and accelerate new logo acquisition in a defined EMEA territory. This is a strategic and hands-on role where the candidate will build and execute a comprehensive sales plan to develop the market, generate pipeline, and close deals. The Senior Sales Director will report directly to the RVP of EMEA and collaborate closely with high-performing teams across Alliances and Partnerships, Global Business Solutions, Client Success, and Field Marketing.

Role Involves:
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Building, owning, and executing a strategic plan to develop and win in your market
  • Analyzing macro trends to uncover and act on new opportunities
  • Collaborating with go-to-market teams to align on messaging and best practices
