THE ICONIC is seeking a driven and dynamic Planner to join their womenswear team in Sydney. The Planner will report to the Senior Planner and will be responsible for updating, collating, and interpreting analysis and data to provide solutions in line with the company's strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape. This role involves close collaboration with Buying, Finance, Operations, and Tech teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicating confidently with senior management.
  • Managing the BUB process.
  • Managing a WSSI, owns the forecasting and presents in reforecast meetings.
  • Reviewing in season and post season performance.
  • Mitigating risk by identifying problem areas.
  • Driving the department strategy.
  • Monitoring all facets of the department.

Requirements:
  • Experience in planning, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
