Job Description

Catapult is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale their product marketing function. The Director will drive go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and product launch initiatives. They will lead a team of product marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, market differentiation, and customer engagement.

What this role involves:

  • Developing and executing product marketing strategies.
  • Leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Shaping product positioning and messaging.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of product marketers.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of global product launches.
  • Developing compelling product narratives.
  • Developing strategies to drive product adoption.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technology environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing product launches, and driving product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the sports tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team.
  • Proven success in positioning and messaging SaaS products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
