Job Description
Catapult is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale their product marketing function. The Director will drive go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and product launch initiatives. They will lead a team of product marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, market differentiation, and customer engagement.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing product marketing strategies.
- Leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Shaping product positioning and messaging.
- Leading and mentoring a team of product marketers.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of global product launches.
- Developing compelling product narratives.
- Developing strategies to drive product adoption.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technology environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing product launches, and driving product adoption.
- Strong understanding of the sports tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team.
- Proven success in positioning and messaging SaaS products.
