Job Description
GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable buildings, is seeking an Expert Corporate Network & Infrastructure Engineer. This role involves maintaining the company's virtual and on-premise server infrastructure and networks across multiple locations, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. The Expert will ensure the corporate network and infrastructure is stable, secure, performant, compliant and always adapted to state-of-the-art technology.
Responsibilities:
- Operating the corporate network infrastructure with a 3rd party provider.
- Plan, control and optimize the company wide budget for the Corporate Infrastructure and Network.
- Ensuring data governance and security requirements are integrated.
- Ensuring the infrastructure and network meet stakeholder requirements, SLOs and SLAs.
- Contributing to department strategy and architectural goals.
Requirements:
- Experience as a lead engineer in team strategy, roadmap definition, and cost planning.
- Budget responsibility in previous roles.
- Experience in an environment with standardized processes.
- Experience operating corporate infrastructure with Microsoft Azure and VMWare ESX.
- Familiarity with network solutions such as PaloAlto, UniFi, Meraki.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Nice to have: Experience with Terraform.
